We decided to pursue and develop the IRON BONES fence post. A simple concept that addresses the age old issue of a wooden fence post that deteriorates at the soil or concrete line causing your posts to wear or break completely. There are alternatives to using a wooden post, usually expensive, time consuming and alter the appearance of your standard wooden fence. Our idea was to (drill and install) a round metal rod from the bottom of the post. This applies to square and round wooden fence posts alike. Once the post is set in concrete or tamped down into the soil, even if it rots or deteriorates (because of the metal rod) the post retains its strength and stability. Put simply, "BUILT STRONGER TO LAST LONGER".
